My isn't this interesting? On Discover Channel they had a thing on the US having sonar weapons and it was hurting 'mermaids.' Want to see what happened to their site?

It was an interesting show but I didn't put much into it. It showed videos of whales with blood coming out of their 'ears', entire pods of them beaching themselves from sonar damage. These 'scientists' claimed that we had a sonar weapon that was doing it.
Now? Their site has been seized.I wear a Fez. Fez-es are cool

I don't buy it, the domain is still owned by the discovery channel. When DOJ seizes a website they usually register the domain immediately.

Yeah, looked through it more too:
However, with further investigation and by looking at the Source Code of the website in question we can see this is more of a publicity stunt done by Discovery Channel and Animal Planet. The website’s tagging and descriptions on the source code reveal that is more for entertainment than an actual Department of Homeland Security or DOJ confiscation of a website. Things like the title, “Mermaids are Real Real Evidence from Dr. Paul Robertson, NOAA researcher” and the title of the main DOJ Image, “Mermaid Legends-Mermaid Sightings-water creature” and the alt text of the image, “Mermaid legend is true, and there is proof of real live mermaids” make you believe that this site was keyworded to go along with the Mermaid’s Body Found series on Animal Planet.
You can view an image of what the source code of the Believe in Mermaids website is below:
Believe in Mermaids Website Source Code
Just to clear up any mermaid conspiracy theories that the Homeland Department of Security, the DOJ and the US Navy are covering up real mermaids by shutting down a website that reveals the truth, we did some further digging. If the Source Code example above didn’t clear any doubt with you that the website is created by Discovery Channel and Animal Planet the Domain Registry or WHOIS registration of the website BelieveInMermaids.com will clear that up. Below is an image of the information in the WHOIS of Believe in Mermaids dot com.
You can clearly see the domain was registered on October 12th, 2011 through Melbourne IT, LTD. The organisation owner name and address is:
Ah but for a moment it was fun to think about a new superweapon. We really need new ones.I wear a Fez. Fez-es are cool
