    Family activities in DFW??

    We just got back from being out and about, me and my son are trying to figure out what to get into. Anything going around the metroplex??

          Would help on what kinda activities. If you wanna spend money or not. The Great Wolf Lodge. Fish feeding at either Pro Bass Shop or Cabelas. Any lake for grilling and swimming. Hurrican Harbor/ Six Flags or any local water park. Six Flag Mall movie theater. Mexican Rodeo in Alverado. .....etc etc etc

              We've done those over the years except gun range and killing a hobo. With my luck he'd shoot me in the ass while him and the hobo laugh at me.

              I don't have the patience for six flags nor hurricane harbor. The fish feeding sounds interesting though.

                  Fishing. Exactly what a father and son are supposed to do. Batting cages. Catch a ranger game. Take the fam to the arboritum. Golf range. Work on your car to get him learned on car stuff. movies. Bowling, lawn darts. Bat gamen. Take him to a a diamond and pitch to him.

                    Don't get me wrong, we do a lot of those things. It just sometimes feels repetitive since its just me and him. When his cousins come over it opens up more things for us to do. When its just us two, we've realized we do most of the same things over and over.

                    I am trying to plan a week long roadtrip for both of us this year.
