300 lbs?? How tall are you? I have a good friend who is 6' 1" 290 and he's a lot bigger than you appear in that picture.
6'3" or so, not too sure. But yeah I'm over 300 in both pics. I always win the big bear at the state fair weight guessing game. My doc tells me I should weigh 190, that shit sounds crazy to me.

I think I'm destined to be fat honestly. I've never been below 300lbs in the last 8 years, and in that period I was running several miles a day and biking 12+ miles each evening. I think a lot of it has to do with your build. I keep most of my weight in my chest, arms, and neck.
I'm 307lbs in this photo for example.
I've definitely put some weight on, but I'll have it off again. Seems I'm very apt to stop my regular exercising routine, I probably need some friends to work out with on a regular basis. I'm fat for a simple reason, I eat too damn much and don't exercise enough. Pretty simple conclusion.
I dont really see where the pounds went here... Im the same height as you CJ and on this photo you look hell of a fucking lot slimmer than I do.. and I weight 250.
As for the regular work out... Im up for working out or biking what not. Also It has to do with your food intake RLY though. If you cut on some carbs and take more protein and fiber. You'll slim down fucking fast. I lost 30 lbs in a month and have yet to gain them back. (present time is 3 months post diet,,, still losing lbs. NO exercise as of yet.)
First hand witness at the failure of public healthcare.
