I've definitely put some weight on, but I'll have it off again. Seems I'm very apt to stop my regular exercising routine, I probably need some friends to work out with on a regular basis. I'm fat for a simple reason, I eat too damn much and don't exercise enough. Pretty simple conclusion.
As for the regular work out... Im up for working out or biking what not. Also It has to do with your food intake RLY though. If you cut on some carbs and take more protein and fiber. You'll slim down fucking fast. I lost 30 lbs in a month and have yet to gain them back. (present time is 3 months post diet,,, still losing lbs.
