I actually lost almost 40 pounds since September by watching what I eat. I'm still fat, but I'm still losing at a decent clip. It's true, if you actually pay attention to what you eat and the calories, then you'll lose weight

How tall are you that you would look "anorexic" at 160 lbs?

I think his point is that the fish got low balled, fucked in the catfish asshole and you paid half price. The worst part was the fish explaining to his fish friends why his asshole smelled like redneck

It's weird seeing people justify that they're living at a healthy weight when it's dangerously high.

What is sad is I don't do none of that shit but I'm still a fat ass...

Of course I do have a legitimate thyroid problem(take 260mg a day), I just hate using that as an excuse. I don't eat a lot, 1 soda a day at the most, and don't drink at all. Just what I do eat, it's mostly crap. Which is where I need to change...

I don't THINK I treat them any differently but "my god they're fat" definitely goes through my head. I'm 6'1"c 230lbs and consider myself fat. It's all gut, that I swear will be gone by summer. I had my first normal chili-dog yesterday at my little sisters birthday party and felt like a disgusting turd eating it. What's a NOT normal chili dog? A 100% white meat turkey frank with turkey chili. About 5 grams of fat per dog, compared to 30 grams for a beef frank/beef chili-dog.

I am 6' 230lbs, have cut down to 168lbs at one point (I was very lean), and have been up over 240lbs when bulking/power lifting.

While I definitely have fat I could lose, I am considered obese by the BMI standard, I know that this doesn't probably apply to most in this thread, but I always have trouble when people use BMI for an indicator (such as the 25% of Americans are obese statistic).

Here is what I look like at 230lbs btw.

I used to eat turkey dogs with wheat buns mustard and sauerkraut. Hardly any calories in that.

BMI is bullshit. In highschool at 175lbs and being 6' tall, I was considered about 15lbs overweight according to the BMI charts.

I know, I was at the doctor the other day where the had a chart and she checked me off as obese. I know I'm not a survivor cast member, but really? I mean, she didn't even take into account my composition at all, now I am another tally mark on the obese American %.
