Female doctor? You should of told her it was all in the pants.

They're not bad, but damn...compared to those real chili dogs they taste like paper.

Even with your meds you would be in alot beter shape if you changed your diet . You eat fast food and soda all day every day . I shouldn't throw stones cause I gota mean gut to but mine is from the sheer amount of food I eat and the lack of exercise . I'm gonna try to slim down this year and I'm gonna jump on you to get in beter shape to .

While I definitely have fat I could lose, I am considered obese by the BMI standard, I know that this doesn't probably apply to most in this thread, but I always have trouble when people use BMI for an indicator (such as the 25% of Americans are obese statistic).

Here is what I look like at 230lbs btw.

No, I don't. Fat people don't bother me. In fact, people who treat others differently because of something like weight disgust me way more than fat people.

Not even close. I was referring to people that work out and have muscle mass that outweigh the acceptable range of weight for their height and body type.

I am about 20 lbs over weight my self and yeah, I give them a different attitude and myself too for that matter. I have to diet like a mofo to get rid of pounds.

That's all I did, no crazy diets or anything. Substitute a few unhealthy meals a week with chicken and vegetables, then reduce the portions on everything else, increase activity level and bam I lost weight.

I hear ya. And I agree with others, BMI is crap. Body fat % is the only accurate indicator. I look for overweight people to pay a health care surcharge in the not too distant future, much like smokers.

Fred that is bull shit. Body weight is a fairly simple equation. It's not magical.

You are either putting in to many calories or not burning enough during the day.

Yes some people burn more so that means those who don't have to eat cleaner and work harder. Saying it doesn't work is just flat out an excuse. There is no possible way to convince me otherwise.

                            • Oh and I am fat and know why but I don't make excuses as to why I am ok with it. I just haven't put in the effort or ate like I should to be where I need to be.

People need to stop making excuses or try to justify why they can't accomplish something. Stup saying you can't and figure out a way how you can.

Now time to go for a run on my lunch and work towered my goal weight for my wedding.

Because I am successful and not fat and have an opinion about something? Good grief...turn that pointer finger around at yourself and you will be amazed at what you discover.

                                LMAO at "land walrus!"
Not sure who this was directed toward as you didn't quote anyone, but if you are more or less replying to what I said you've got it all wrong. I was merely making a general comment, not pointing fingers, calling anyone anything, etc.
