You are either putting in to many calories or not burning enough during the day.

Oh and I am fat and know why but I don't make excuses as to why I am ok with it. I just haven't put in the effort or ate like I should to be where I need to be.
People need to stop making excuses or try to justify why they can't accomplish something. Stup saying you can't and figure out a way how you can.
Now time to go for a run on my lunch and work towered my goal weight for my wedding.
