8 AM for me, I've been drinking and driving and surfing Stangs since early this morning.

In Las Vegas, that number is something like 8/10.

Sounds like you're an underachiever for this board..

And somehow, you're not posting from prison. What's your secret?

can anyone shed some light on this?
May have to pull your driving record. I believe it begins the moment you get your first one and it falls off every 36 months from the date you originally recieved each one.

Under the revised CFRs, effective in 2002, a second offense DUI/DWI is a lifetime ban of holding a CDL, and this includes whether or not the DUI/DWI occurred in a private vehicle or a commercial vehicle. A single conviction of DUI/DWI generally results in a one year disqualification of the CDL endorsement, but the licensee is eligible to regain the CDL after one year removal.

Probably doesn't help since you don't already have a cdl. Just contact DPS in Austin, I'm sure they can clear things up for you.
Yeah i know it is difference in each state. But because my lisence was suspended, I believe it is different because of that and I not having one prior to. That and I have about 2 accidents on my record within the last 3 years. I think IM SCREWED

I'm sure someone out there has experienced something like this before.

    Thanks

CDL's are a pain in the ass now days. You get points just for warnings. Plus every HiPo and local cop are itching to pull over the big rigs because they rack up big fines and fast. That alone would be reason enough to stay away from them.
