I saw that last night too. That guy is 28 years old and wears a diaper.

His roommate is a bit of a shut in herself, used to be a nurse and plays mommy to him.

Spoon feeds him and changes his diapers. Playing with blocks and wearing a big onezie, they are both pretty hefty.
