      And Shepherds we shall be

For thee, my Lord, for thee.

Our feet may swiftly carry out Thy commands.

I've been a bitter SOB this year... don't have any great reason to be, just am... I've actually had a pretty good year, but the last few months have sucked for the most part.

the stress of house shopping is about to kill me... nothing like trying to spend a shitload of money without a steady job! yay

I can't wait for a new year to start.

Ive had a pretty good 2010, got out of a job that I thought I would never be able to after 5 years. Started my new one doing what I love(fabrication) and 0 stress. Got my life back in order and saved a relationship that was headed out the door.. I had a pretty good year and I dont think I have much to complain about

              WTF man?

This year started out as status quo. In April, things went abnormal. I separated from the company I co-founded and spent the majority of my time at since 2002/2003. It was the final step in seeing a small initial investment grow into a small but decent fortune and ultimately losing it all.
This year has provided me with perspective, survival tools and ultimately seeing a massive reset in my financial standing. I see this as a good thing as it gives me the opportunity to rebuild in a manner that is completely the opposite of the majority of my generation. My credit has been destroyed but I'll be in school for a number of years still. Living the life of a college student with a family is interesting.

This time has also allowed me to get much closer to my kids, which is incredible. Most importantly, I have direction now. I've also seen my drive, intensity and desire to push through greatly strengthened.

I'm very excited about the future even if the present presents challenges and has daunting and frustrating moments.

Great year. Graduated college last year; started a good job in January; moved on to an even better job at the end of July; made some new friends; went to Phoenix for a baseball tournament and played against some former pros (struck a few of them out even!) on Major League (albeit spring training) fields; learned some new skills; got drunk; got laid; and had some fun.

Been an awesome year. I finally got to a new unit, now just need to get promoted so I can have my own place. Car isn't where I want it to be, but hopefully before I deploy it will be done.

Wildly mediocre year. I guess I can call it a win though since I didn't go to the hospital or knock a girl up. I bought a machinegun too, so that was cool (was on my bucket list).

I graduate next semester though, then I am going to bum around in Europe/Australia for a while... So 2011 should be better.

My 2010 started out awful, but ended up pretty good. I had to leave my job for health reasons, spent a lot of time in hospitals/ERs/Doctors offices. I decided it was time to go back to school and get some re-edjumukayshun and have a 3.8GPA to close out the year.

Now you have to remember that the most of us has been here for close to 10 years or better. Many of you that were kids back then are entering that 30 something. I was in my late 30's when I joined.

Good. Paid of all debt except my house, wife is fantastic, moved back to 12 hour shifts which is way better then 8-5. Hopefully next year will be even better. I know I have been on hard times a couple of times in my life and will try my best to never let the man fuck with me again like that.

Not a bad year by far. Car is doing good. But has been for about 7 years. I guess that is one of the advantages of being slow.
