NO, god was born all knowing and old as fuck, like he can't even get a boner old and he lives in the sky! THE FUCKING SKY!!!! He loves you, but since he's an old douchebag, if you have any fun he'll send you to burn for eternity. He probably saw the dinosaurs fucking and got pissed his dick doesn't work and sent those motherfuckers straight to hell.

But he fucking loves you and he's old........old as fuck!

It doesn't ever say in the bible how old the Earth is but retarded "intelligent design" nutjobs basically just tried to add up what they believe is everything that happened before Jesus and came up with something around 6,000 years, making the Earth around 8,000 years old. Now while I believe that carbon dating has it's flaws and the older something is the harder it is to pinpoint an accurate time it does work pretty well on objects that we know what time period they came from. Medievil etc...

Since when did Neil DeGrasse become the foremost expert on everything? He lobbied scientists to remove pluto as a planet, outside of that why do I see him quoted on everything?

Because he is popular, passionate, and an incredibly good communicator. I have a lot of respect for him.

He's merely an astrophysicist, that is the extent of his expertise. Anything outside of that he's just another layperson. Granted, he knows what he's talking about, but he's not an "expert." He was part of the panel that removed Pluto as a planet because they found a bunch of other similar objects that they would have to classify as planets if they kept Pluto as one. I think they, and pluto, are now classified as proto-planets. But don't quote me on it, I'm posting from my phone and doing research while on it is a PITA.

That's pretty much what I've been saying. He just became to worlds foremost expert on everything in the last 2 years.

Maybe I'm not quite picking up what you're putting down. Please explain to me where he's regarded as an expert by a credible medium outside of astrophysics. For your average Joe, it's not a stretch of the imagination to view him as an expert about a myriad of topics, but in that respect he's just like William Lane Craig, not a valid source for anything outside of his topic of expertise. Too few people are skeptical of the sources they use, just because someone has a degree in X does not make them an educated person in Y. Sure, they may be correct in what they say, but without valid evidence provided by an expert in that field, there's no reason to believe what they say is true.
