As to the first part... No. Just because my neighbor doesn't have a no trespassing sign posted does not mean i can walk in his front door and sit down at the dinner table as if I owned the place. Just like you can't come in my house without a warrant or probable cause. Do you think things out before you post? As for the second part, there are many other ways to put a dog in check before pulling a pistol. In the other thread, you're signing your own praises that you would have done this, that, and the other before shooting a drug addict that was eating the face on someone. Now, you are defending this guy for shooting a DOG (not even a big scary one), after supposedly jumping up on a post. Does his baton not work? Taser not work? Who the fuck needs those when you can just shoot it and get away with it? All you nee to separate yourself from an aggressive dog is an object in your hand. A book, a baton, a fucking flower pot.... I honestly thought I was going to get a statement of charges (I actually asked the sargent who gave me my first hit of morphine on the ground) for the damage to my NVG's. They took several 7.62 rounds and were shredded.

Dude, the military is so f'ed that way. I almost had 100-150 or so in tools charged to me that I lost out of inventory. (Sorry, can't remember specific names anymore) That was a huge amount of money for me and that was just some screwdrivers and a shovel. Replaced all from the pawn shop for like 15-20 bucks.

Almost got stuck have to pay for a new humvee engine too.
