    Om nom poo-poo on mah brisket...

    the wife and I went to the Continental Club in Houston tonight to see Graham Wilkinson... We've seen him a few times together, and she's seen him a bunch of other times in Austin and DFW.

    We always have a good time, he puts on a really good show and he's super personable and we hang out and bullshit with him before/after.

    Anyhow, there's these two brothers who sell brisket sandwiches, hot dogs, chili dogs, etc. on Thurs, Fri, Sat... I've never been there before they left. Tonight Graham played early.

    these dudes should open a BBQ restaurant, and they should name it Holy Shit Brisket because I kept saying "holy shit" while I was eating it!

    I bought a couple pounds to go! LOL

            lol, my wife had dreads in college... they were plenty clean. Graham's hair has never offended, so I'll stay out of his business! LOL

              For someone around here to brag that heavily on brisket, it's got me curious. So far the best store bought for me has been a place called KDs in Midland and another place I forget inbetween Midland and FW - in Eastland.

                            How did you like the Continental Club? It's owned by the same people that run the one on S Congress in Austin. Kind of a dive, but the quality of music has kept them them open 60 years. Saw The Mother Truckers there back in March, and it was badass, and I don't even listen to country music.
