    Not being an expert I can't refute that. There is more water in our atmosphere than in our oceans though, so I wonder how much it would take to have an effect.

    A quick google search shows that it might stop Global warming, being that "Water vapor is known to be Earth’s most abundant greenhouse gas"

    That's a pretty good idea, in principle at least. 800 liters is sufficient to sustain a small group of people, but crops? You would likely need hundreds of those for a small farm... and I would imagine hundreds of those would drive the unit cost for crops through the roof, unless obama decides I should pay for it. By "I" I mean middle income tax payers
