Here alone at the office until 4:30. It's nice and quiet and I got to wear my Hawaiian shirt, shorts and sandals.

We don't have a dress code here, well, you can't wear a shirt that has cuss words or something lke that, but we wear shorts, t-shirts, flip flops, whatever. One guy wears sweat pants and a baseball cap when he wakes up late and doesn't shower.

Working as usual. No rest for the wicked. And unfortunately, I did not notice an appreciable drop in traffic volume this morning. Same ol' jammed up, slo-ass mess moving across 20.

Hopefully we'll get sprung an hour or two early to go get our beer on over at The Mule...

I just got in. Traffic was fucking terrible and I am already pissed off. The guy I relieved said "no supervisor on duty, you have to handle anything that comes up". My response was "uh, no, you pay me X an hour and that is all you get, I will call them at the house".
