Well, at one point, it was more than any number posted in this thread. I put a small chunk of bonus on it at year end...I'm currently at $86k. Vast majority, of course, came from my 2 years at McCombs. Worth every penny.Last edited by slow99; 05-24-2012, 08:36 PM.Originally posted by davbrucasI want to like Slow99 since people I know say he's a good guy, but just about everything he posts is condescending and passive aggressive.
Most people I talk to have nothing but good things to say about you, but you sure come across as a condescending prick. Do you have an inferiority complex you've attempted to overcome through overachievement? Or were you fondled as a child?
You and slow99 should date. You both have passive aggressiveness down pat.

My ex had a debt of like 160,000 or more. Of course, she was a D.O. , and was all set to make about 500,000 to 650,000 in a few years. The pressure you go through working 100+ hour weeks , getting paid peanuts for it, and still having to pay down your student loan debt is immense. Once you finally make attending or even better, get board certified, you are in the clear. But its a long long road.
