So, here's the Cliff's notes, sans the DFWMustangs drama.

Talked to neighbor, he said fuck you, TOGTFO!
I wrote simple note and put it on his door. Clean your pool or GTFO. (TOGTFO is assumed. I'd let it ride w/ open showing of tatas)
Next day, note on door gone. (They ARE home.) No change to Pool.
T-minus today until city/HOA is called in.
Added them to Pool Maintenance catalog distribution.
No change. Pool tonight was just as bad as ever.
My family actually went in early because our back yard was full of mosquitoes.

Being told to go fuck myself usually makes me skip pleasantries. I would call the city anyways. Screw waiting a week for the blood suckers to get worse.

You can all but guarantee the city will fine him by the day and start to hit him where it hurts the worst; in the pocket. I would rather poke at Police than the City Code fucks. They can really stick it to you.

I'm tempted. However, deep down, I'm a nice guy and am willing to play that role for a week. I mean, I've waited this long...... I don't owe this douche a damn thing but to be honest, I get that times are hard and believe we ALL should just chill from time to time. I guess this is my time. However, after the week is up, the "new" subscription is received, and still nothing is done about the mosquitoes. I'm going to get mid-evil up in this bitch!!! MikeC has always been a stand up guy when I have dealt with him. He replaced the roof on my house about three weeks ago and did exactly what he said he was going to do. It doesn't sound like him at all to send a bunch of PMs like that and I have never observed anything about him that would make me think he is like that.

Mike's always been super cool to me. I know he's sensitive, and if you add in some stress, I could imagine him jumping the gun and getting upset if he thought he wasn't getting a response to an offer to give someone some business. That said, Its hard to imagine him making those kind of threats, and it's really not fair to speculate when the "evidence" on the table is an adlib transcript from CJ's memory with no proof to back it up.
