What really sucks, and I have had it happen, is when you lose jobs because of it. Anyone that knows me today knows I'm not a bad person, yet a lot of people certainly don't mind passing judgement, even when they themselves have done much worse, only didn't get caught.

Sounds like this isn't the first grievance you've had with him. Maybe he's having money troubles or something.

It isn't, and near the first couple of pages I agreed they are probably having money issues. However, this is a responsibility they need to keep up w/. I don't care if it is empty or not. I just want the mosquitoes gone. The last thing I want is West Nile or something crazy.
