I yell a lot, and have been trying to come up with something that will slow down the morons. I've been very close to launching a baseball sized rock, but I fear jail time. I'm pondering a tennis ball, or maybe I can get a sprayer and fill with cow blood? I wonder if that would get the point across. I fear what will happen if someone hits one of my kids.

Most are high schools morons, but the adults really blow my mind. One was a minivan with several kids in it last week. About 55 in a 30, with kids playing in the yards?

my buddy has a CRAZY neighbor lady who sprayed him right in the face as he past by. he was def. going UNDER the speed limit when this occurred but since he's got a cam'ed lt1 she associates the noise (albeit his car really isn't very loud) with speed. he immediately stopped, rolled up his windows, backed in front of her house and proceeded to destroy a fairly decent set of drag radials right in front of her house. can't say i agree with his methods, but i understand.

I've seen too many of those videos of people losing control of their cars even at lower speeds to be the least bit understanding about people speeding on our street. I shouldn't have to worry about my daughter playing in the frontyard because some asshat loses control of his car jumping the curb hitting her. Anyone hurts my kid, I won't care about going to prison with what I do to them.

I sound like an old man(26) but i'll always wanna throw something at this stupid high school kid who speeds in the neighborhood all the time around the corners. I just wanna stop him, ask if he's 18 and kick his ass.

Right before i turn into my neighborhood we have a school zone, i see a shit load of stupid ones who dont even notice when the school speed zone light is on.

I dont mind if you are going 45-50 in a 40, but if you are riding on my ass for a while and we end up at a light, i'm usually rolling down the window and saying something.

This happened to me while pulling into the kids school, so I was reluctant to give them the finger. However, my first instinct was to tell them to f/off. It kinda got me worked up, but I didn't say anything with the kid there. I get where the person is coming from since it was in a school parking lot, I just didn't like someone else telling my how to drive.

If you're driving like an asshole in front of a school or in a school parking lot, be prepared to be treated like an asshole. Way to set a good example for your child.

If I wasn't in the wrong and somebody hosed me / my vehicle - there would be a brief WTF followed by either hosing them with their own water or the removal of the hose from her house.

When I was younger my mustang was annoyingly loud and twice I had someone follow me from their house to the one I was going to and come bitching and complaining about me hauling ass down the street when both times I was going under the speed limit. One of guys even call them cops and reported that I racing down the street after the owner of the house I was at told him to get the fuck off his property lol. I got to watch the cops haul off the other neighbor a few years later for beating his wife, I'm not going to lie it put a smile on my face.

Old Boss of mine would post up in his front yard and drink out of the cooler in the back of his truck. Full beer cans work in this situation. I have witnessed him hit a car with'em, it helps when you are a huge mountain man. They get out then think better of it and drive away.
He got away scott free one night when the cops got called on him. A little girl was killed a year earlier because of some faggot hauling ass down his road.

I would be crushed knowing I killed someone with my negligence.

The people who argue kids shouldn't be playing in the street probably don't have kids of their own.

The older I get (plus having kids) the more I think that is bullshit too. Well, at least for housing developments. The ones with houses on major roads, that's common sense. Parents should be there to get them out of the street, but there is hardly any property for them to play on and the streets tend to be fairly open for ball throwing, running and such.

My neighbors used to let their kids romp around, but they got out when cars came through. I saw nothing wrong with it.

However, it is one of many reasons I moved further out so my kids would have some place to romp around.

My truck is fairly loud and I had a neighbor yell at me to slow down. I stopped and not so politely told her to fuck off, I wasn't speeding. The cops were sitting on the street the next time I came through and I could see her waving at the cops in a WTF way when they didn't stop me as I came by. I guess the cops explained that I wasn't speeding because she hasn't yelled anymore, but I still get dirty looks all the time. If you are really speeding, by all means, I would yell and then have the cops come sit there to catch you. I can't see throwing things and risking having to pay for damages.
