LOL, I just keep mine set the same night/day, but during the day my phone is in my pocket so I can also tell by the vibration (plus it feels good when it vibrates!).

I do use the hell out of different ring tones tho, so if someone calls that I don't want to talk too, I know by the ringtone and don't have to look at the screen to see who it is.

So are you one of those guys that looks at the phone and doesn't want to answer it, instead of hitting ignore you just let it keep on ringing?

If the rude punk had manners I wouldn't need to change my ring tone. That would also mean that I had to change it back and forth every night and every morning.

you cant just flip a switch for silent mode? i really do get the frustration, but you should just accept the fact that you set yourself up for this. put a call restriction on it next time.

Pretty cool little feature I read about. Sends the call to VM and sends a text to the caller at the same time!

There is some truth to that....craigslist has definitly gone down hill in the last year.

In this day and age, people are idiots until proven otherwise. It's the unfortunate state of the world we live in. Growing up, our calls were limited to 15 minutes, phone usage cut off at 9pm, and heaven help the person who called after 8:45pm or had the audacity to ask, "Is Jennifer there?"

The majority of the world has no common sense or courtesy and you can't fix stupid, so you'll need to amend your post to email contact only, set up a google voice or halloo account to route your calls. If you want to take a stand, prepare for the idiots of the world to call and/or text you while drunkenly surfing craigslist at 4am. Them's the brakes.

Texts during the middle of the night don't bother me. A simple ding of my phone won't wake me up. I have never had a CL person CALL me during the middle of the night. It probably wouldn't wake me up enough to answer anyway. I think it would be rude to call but I certaintly would not get all butt hurt over it.

90% of the times a CL ad did not have a phone # it was a scam. Therefore, if they do not put a phone # I never contact them even if it is what I am looking for.

/hasn't been my experience but I'm not buying stuff on CL a whole lot.

I will email the person if I'm interested or I will call if there is a number posted, but yea, I won;t put my number on there either.
