It would not shock me one bit. That hooters has always been ghetto after dark. I used to go to the Midnight Madness Car Show they had there, back when it wasn't a ricer show, and it was bad even back then " 7-8 years ago".

I hear that. There's been lots of random shootings and what not before though. Hopefully someone steps up, someone had to have seen something.

They said there was 12 witnesses at the scene about 30 minutes after the shooting. Hopefully some one saw something. Its very tragic.
