1. You're right, there are never people working that only speak Spanish. At least that I've seen.
2. As a person who builds call centers, I have received calls about "English calls going to Spanish CSQs!". Test, test, test...etc no problems. Now I may know the reason behind it.
Although, I will say 9 times out of 10 you get the same options...etc as the English CSQ - but sometimes the simplify the Spanish CSQ. Keep that in mind if you're looking for self help.Originally posted by MR EDDU defend him who use's racial slurs like hes drinking water.
