Long story short...newly divorced guy. I kept the house, got close to a neighbor and well ummm yeah we had a little too much fun together.

Anyway her husband is back in town now and he found out. Now he's threatening to kill me, literally. I've been sleeping with my glock lately.

Any idea's on how to neutralize this threat?

How did he "find out"? Sounds like she caved.They have other issues than just you, but I'd damn sure be aware of what was going on around me. If he was going to kill you, it would have already happened. The emotional part is probably over with.

just deny it but you have to sell it and this only works if you have acted like that from the start.

"excuse me? what the hell are you talking about?"
then introduce him to your sister/ friend posing as your fiance and have her explain you guys were on vacation for said times this supposively took place.
