Chem online?

I'm signing up for some summer classes and the only class I can't fit into my schedule because I have to get at least 3 hours of sleep for work, is intro to Chemistry,1411. Dcccd has it online but how the hell do you do a Chem lab online?! it says with an at home Chem kit but wtf is that? Have you or anyone you know, taken an online science course?

Plus you can use your own product to help you cram for finals. I'm just not seeing any downsides here.
