I might also add, that you will need a 8 or 9 quart catch pan, my 6 quart over flows from the 7 quart oil changes. I have about a 3 quart overflow, so I have to be careful.

Changing oil is serious bidnezz Andre. If theres one thing I can;t stand is someone changing oil and making a fucking mess. When I change the oil on any of my cars there is no mess, my son knows this all to well. He makes a mess of any kind and he gets the middle knuckle to the top of his head.

You mean a 6 quart catch pan won't hold 7 quarts of oil? I'm glad I read this post today or I would have gotten oil everywhere!!

Most people have 6qt catch cans and most are not aware that the 2011-2013 5.0 Mustangs use seven quarts of oil.

Despite my screen name I no longer own the mustang. Sadly recent moves forced me to sell it. I bought my grandmas Camry lol. So I should change my name to 2000Camry hahaha

Do it in the parking lot, they won't care.

Kind of related, I took this pic today at lunch. This is one of my neighbors, passenger side suspension ripped apart. Suported by a sissor jack, nothing else. With his whole leg under the car.

You can do it at Autozone and of all of your oil misses the pan and convers the entire lot, just drive away. That's the norm at my store, oh and dont forget to leave all your dirty rags and empty containers laying out too. Autzone will thank you for the business and wave you off with a smile because if they confront you, they'll be fired.

Do it in the parking lot, just don't make a mess. I used to work on mine all the time, just kept the mess and tools to a minimum.

If you don't smile as I drive off, I'll tell the manager you were touching yourself, bitch.

I did a head swap 20 feet away from the manager's apartment. Always worked on it late at night/early morning and was very quiet.

Just be discrete, don't spill shit, don't make a hayseed spectacle of yourself and you should be fine. In the three different apt. complexes I've lived in I always worked on cars. I just wasn't an asshole about it and we all got along fine.
