While I don't buy a ton of cars, I've had the best experiences dealing with the internet/fleet sales dept. You can hammer out most of the deal before you even leave the house. They could still sell the car out from under you, but you at least have a starting point that's below sticker for the next one.

Not really the same thing.... the dealer is sitting in the office anyway. It's not like they drove an hour out of their way because one customer called.

I will agree with this. When I was looking for my TL, I went to their fort worth location and the salesman treated me like such shit that I walked out crying.
