Thoughts about this Ft. Worth Neighborhood?

I am 10 minutes from Cheaper than Dirt and far enough away from the smfr's. Look up in Haslet off of 287 or Keller off of 35 but I am partial to Haslet.

This is what I was trying to get at. Keith, Brooks, Chas_svo live out that way, just to name a few. I'm sure they can give you more info, but I assure you that giving up 10-15 minutes in a car would be well worth it over the areas you're looking at.

Just FWIW, I'm actually house-shopping right now and I'm looking in those areas. Plus, if you get lucky you might find something pop up with a few acres of land in your price range.
