Cameras of any kind, are usually not allowed in food production facilities for liability purposes.

I know you've talked about the meat glue stuff used for those little bacon wrapped filets before. For shits and giggles, I looked at a pack the other day in HEB and it looked like a normal piece of meat with typical marbling. If it was put together with meat glue, that shit would've fooled me. I almost bought a pack just to cut them open to see what the inside looks like.

I hate to point out the obvious, but the whole point is for it to look like a real steak. lol

When you run across the real shitty ones, you can tell, because they are REALLY easy to pull apart after they are cooked. It's the glue not holding up, which could happen for various reasons. Of course, I avoid them all together now. We were dirt poor for a while when I was growing up though, and we'd eat them from time to time back then.

I dont understand what the problem is. I've had cow, buffalo, chicken, sheep, lamb, pig, and even horse meat. ITS MEAT BIG DEAL.
