Her parents are dead. i try to see him all the time WHEN i actually find where she lives. i swear she thinks its a game seeing how long she can without me seeing him and still pay child support. He is 9 years old. Its your standard court ordered child support. im the non custodial parent, with visitation 1st 3rd and 5th weekend of the month as well as every wednesday.

No offense, but I'd be cutting out some expenses in your life, or taking a second job. Or both. "I can't afford it" sounds like an excuse to me. Wait tables or bartend as a second job. It's largely cash, which goes unreported, and they can't take what they don't know you have.
Is it sneaky and underhanded? Sure. But so is what she is doing to you...

I'm not attempting to insult you, I'm trying to motivate you to do what needs to be done. When I fought for and was awarded full custody of my son, I was making around $7.00/hr, and had to take a second job waiting tables 4 nights during the week, and working doubles at the restaurant on Saturday and Sunday. It's possible. You've just got to survive on beans and cornbread, and work your ass off. But you can make it happen.

Go to his school and pick his ass up, or follow who ever takes him home after school. Surely she doesn't move him from school to school multiple times a year.

Unless she files for a child support raise they will not take more than they already are.

I would think as long as you sent the letters to her last known address that would be fine for the courts. It is not your fault she moved and I would bet she is suppose to notify you of an address change.

yep! suppose to notify me and the AG when she moves. Im gonna send 2 more letters to her old address and pray for the best with the courts. In the mean time though i will continue to try to find her and start a whole nother case on her!

I'm obviously not a lawyer, but if the old neighbors were willing to testify, in combination with everything else he has, I think he's got a good chance.

I found her last night, living the the scumiest apartments in Euless. So now its time to drop the hammer on all the legal stuff. Thanks guys!

Does your son have a facebook or email? Contact him and find out where he is. Also, as someone mentioned, where is he in school? Can you not visit him there and get this figured out?
