how often do you clean your apartment

every day i clean something up, and every sunday i vaccuum, mop, and try to dust.

You would think my girlfriend would help, but she leaves stuff everywhere. Soda cans, glasses, bobby pins, shoes, clothes.

My place is always 95% clean, as far as clutter or dishes, etc is concerned. I do literal cleaning such as dusting and vacuuming every 2 weeks. Takes about 30 minutes. Laundry just as needed.

I generally don't ever let it get messy. The dishes fill the sink before they get into the dishwasher though.

I am a clean and organization freak, so with 3 kids and a wife that's as concerned about cleanliness as I am, I do a fair amount. I have a maid come for a few hours every week to do the big stuff though.

We use to have a neighbor clean our house, she does this for a living. But with 2 kids, it was like a tornado came through by the next day. They're starting to get to the age where we can get rid of the little junk toys so that's a relief.

I've given up on expecting the woman do to any *real* cleaning... aside from throwing everything from the closet floor onto the bedroom floor every week or so.

i vacuum weekly (dog and cat make it necessary) and do the dishes daily on my lunch break. i wish we had a maid.. actually i might need to look into one. bitch better not touch my glassware though!

I do daily general maintenance but have a sweet old illegal that comes once a month to do the detailed cleaning. I'm gone a lot, so monthly works for me.
