Get you some 2x4s, and several boxes of nails. And just beat away, making noise all day every day. Borrow an air compressor, and loosen the fittings so it leaks, causing the compressor to run constantly.

Her grammar is atrocious, and she reminds me of my old neighbor. As for dealing with her, just make sure you pull the permit on the fence and build that fence exactly where it currently is and as high as I could.

I've got one just like this, and it's one of those noisy single cylinder motherfuckers. I even took off the silencer (because I was too lazy to put it back on when I rebuilt it.)

I still say paint the side of your fence facing her an obnoxious color. I'd look at city regulations on noise and blast it right up until that time and then shut it off. Some citys don't have a specific time for noise. I know Euless is all the time so if you are working in something at 1 in the afternoon and someone wants to be a dick you hope for one of the cool cops to show up.

Well what i did was moved it away from her fence and it ended up saving me money and it looks a little nicer. also and the best part is not she has to get a fence done even if she wasnt planning on it.

Looks nice! If she attempts to tack on to your fence, send her a nice cease and desist letter and take her to small claims court for half the value of that side.
