  • How much is this copper worth?

    Getting my roof replaced (was cedar shake) and the seams were done in copper. I told the foreman I wanted to keep the copper and he looked surprised (guess he doesn't know I am a jew). I figure it has to be worth something, just these 2 pieces were pretty heavy (it is fairly thick).

    Is it going to be worth the hassle? There is one more piece they haven't pulled off yet.

      $3.5 to $4 per lbs.

                  These guys don't know. It is trash. I will come by and pick it up for free if you like and I will even vacuum your rug while I am there.

                            Not bright bare, it's about $3.00/lb. You will need to have a cash card if you wanna get paid cash, if not they will mail u a check..
