Do you have to keep these things? I still have the one from 10 years ago.
I am referring to the "Registration Acknowledgment Card".

You don't need to keep it and never have. Once you're signed up, they'll find you if they need to.

I was enlisted in the Army for nearly a year before I was even eligible for the draft.. Never registered and never had a card.
