Snatch a pizza out of a delivery guys hands and slam your door in his face without paying, and the next knock at your front door will be Matt looking to take his anger out on someone after logging off here.
But she paid the bill, just had an issue with the tip. I don't have an issue with them wanting their money, but shitty service with a dose of kidnapping will do more to harm their business than just removing the tip.

Now, everyone knows that blacks are shitty tippers.

In this case the tip was PART of the bill, not optional though.

That's not exactly new news... Middle Easterners and Europeans are just as bad.

I was always told even if it's printed out, customers can refuse to pay "gratuity".

Right. If not, then the "gratuity" can be at any rate the restauant deems fair. If it wasn't a set argreement (ie: a set price on the menu prior to the customer's order), then how can that even be honored as an agreement?

Not the places I worked at. It's added in to the total bill.

                    food $75.00
                    Tax $6.19
                    Gratutity $13.50
                    Total Due $94.69

I know. Perhaps the restaurant was in a really tan section of Houston an the tip became mandatory because servers were working for min wage.

Jeez, doing some Google searches, you see people say it is and isn't illegal to refuse to pay gratuity. We need an actual lawyer involved!

lmao. Servers don't make minimum wage, either. $2.13/hr.
