My wife sold my house this weekend.....

Yeah.... she has a friend that is a realtor and happened to mention that we were thinking about selling our house. And then a coworker of the realtor friend happened to mention that she had some clients that were looking for "x", where "x" exactly matched my house LOL..... this all started on Thursday night and.... I just signed the papers tonight. It's a done deal, and i got exactly what i wanted out of the deal.

Now i'm officially homeless LOL...

A fire sale is eminent on my pontiac stuff BTW. I have to be out by May 30th, and i have nowhere to store that stuff.

We're keeping my daughter's TATA.

Yes, my 79 runs but it's in been in storage for the last couple of years and hasn't been started, so i expect to have to clean the carb and drain the gas to get it running again.

Congrats! Ours sold within a few days. I was worried too, but we had several come and look at it and even had three backup offers pending the option period for the offer we accepted. It also sold for a few grand above appraisal (still more than I had in it with repairs/upgrades).
