I don't think they can keep your pictures like that, since you never signed a contract with them. I'd fight to get them back.

No guys, they're not keeping my pictures. But they are all hosted on their server. Which means when they eventually do pull the plug, I'm gonna lose everything I've ever posted on the net. Unless I go back and replace every single address for every single picture and thats just entirely too much work. Would take a month just to do it all.
