Well, it is her first marriage and my second. I dont know how it works. i dont want a wedding that will cost a fucking dime. They review convictions and mental illness and can issue a declaratory order allowing you to get licensed.
Mental illness and drug or alcohol dependence is a little trickier. They want a well defined treatment plan, review from the treating physician, assurance that the treatment plan being followed, and enrollment in a TPAPN program, IF they issue a declaratory order at all.
