I still say shark. It's a badass vacuum and has pet hair tools for furniture.
Anyone who says dyson is better hasn't used both.
Well I really liked the Dc25 i have, except that it slid on the floors more than I would like. And the part that keep the vacuum upright is flimsy, also they denied my warranty claim because I changed addresses so I had to get it repaired locally.
What Shark model do you own?

I was looking at this one. Google says its pretty damn good, and it has 30% more canister space than the regular plus it has a pet brush.

I had an issue with the power cable, in certain situations (i'm guessing) it shorted inside and the vacuum would go off and i'd have to turn it back on.
When I called for warranty repair, I gave them my wisconsin address and said I live there now. Well the address on the warranty card was for when I lived in Texas.
Because of that they would not warranty my vacuum. Lame as fuck I know.

You could have bought a new cord for $25, and replaced it yourself. I know it's not ideal, but it's easy as hell. I've replaced at least 3 on mine. My dog likes to chew on them.

But, just like condoms and women's rights, I don't believe in them.
