Also, i'd buy Forrest the absolutely most shittiest car from the junk yard and give him $20k to do whatever to it. It would be like Monster Garage but not lame.

I would probably build a ridiculous park with all of the listed:

- 4 Football Fields
- 5 Baseball Fields
- 3 Soccer Fields
- 3 Basketball Courts
- Skating Area
- 2 Fishing Ponds
- Full Track for Jogging
- 2 Dog Parks
- 4 Picnic Areas

I'm only 26, but i swear i dont see kids going outside anymore or playing sports unless its recreational.

We'd play tackle football everyday after school till the teachers kicked us off the property. Now its facebook and xbox.







But if i did have to buy something for myself, I'd probably want a full indoor basketball court inside my house.
