I'd buy a large tract of land, big enough to build a huge racetrack on it. Hire a world renowned track designer to come up with the course, lots of curves and one long straight away that could be used as a quarter mile strip. It would have to be somewhere hilly as I would like the track to have decent elevation changes. Have a huge garage with a large variety of vehicles, something that would make Jay Leno's collection look lame. Have an airfield built on the premises with several personal aircraft as well as a Gulfstream or Learjet. Then I'd buy houses on both coasts, one in the San Deigo area, another in the keys. I'd spend my days either driving my cars on the racetrack, or swimming & fishing.

For reference, at the 2012 Monaco GP to get a Saturday & Sunday spot for two people in the 10th floor VIP Apartment Caravelles, and two Saturday and Sunday paddock passes you'll need $20,500 not including travel, booze, and other baller type expenses (because I'm not driving a fucking Peugot rental car while I'm there). Call it $40,000 per race just to ensure a good time.
