I had 3 wisdom teeth extracted and a broken molar pulled, all at the same time on lunch. i went back to work and finished my route afterwards.

I'm going in to get my wisdom teeth cropped but they said I need someone to drop me off and pick me up because I won't be able to drive home after the procedure, how true is that?

I know. I finally found a good independent dentist but he can't do the extractions. And the pos place is the only place that can see me when I'm available. If they piss me off, ill just walk out and take some time off work for a better dentist

Depends on how bad they are. They had to put me completely under and cut them out of my jaw. I would recommend getting the ride.

The whole experience sucked. I didn't take the last two prescription pills as I felt fine. Boy was I wrong. It got infected, it filled with puss the size of a cotton ball. I woke up, yawned and had puss filled my entire mouth. It was the worst thing I have ever tasted.

Before that, I was feeling fine, day number 2 or 3. I still had stitches and some gauze in my mouth. Well, I went to work, which at the time was to install 700 yds of carpet at a bowling alley 3 hours away. Yeah, 5 hours in I got sick and ended up dry heaving for the next 2 days. Dry heaving with stitches in your mouth isn't the most pleasant feeling....

That might actually be the Dr that did mine, it was right off the access road there. Only was there once because I was out of high school and off my parents insurance shortly after, and they wanted to make sure I got it over with without being out of pocket.

I had one pulled about 15 years ago. They used a local and some NOS. I was a little loopy but easily made the 30 minute drive home without incident.

shit all i got was a shot. they cut my shit open and stuck a pair of pliers in there and broke my teeth and pulled out the slivers. sewed me up and i walked back to the barracks. got damn dry socket a few days later, that sucked worse than the surgery.
