Well work had me worried at first, but they postponed my trip to Ft. Bliss till the 18th of June so me and the girls are good to go on the Power Tour. Somebody text me at 903 293 0188 about when everybody is gonna leave out and meet up. Might try to catch y'all when you come through Sherman headed up there.

I think you might have to trip west. I believe the plan is to meet the Dallas folks in Denton on 35. Depending on how you want, you could do that or 380(?) to Gainesville?
I bet we can meet somewhere along the way. This should be a good trip. I sure we I had another 90 days or so, and could take my SVO.

A reminder for 1st timers....

I mentioned this in the other thread, and thought I'd bring it up in this one.

You truly need to try hard to be in Stillwater (or Miami or wherever you start) before the Registration Booth closes....usually 6 pm sometimes as early as 5.
Get your registration finalized and get the windshield decal on. No decal, no entry.

IF you don't make it to Stillwater in time, or if you plan to just pick up somewhere between there and GP during the day Friday, you're still OK.
However, in order to get your car into the venue in GP you WILL stop off at the Registration Booth. I assure you this is a royal pain in the ass.

He hates cars, plus the wife is giving me grief that he's only here for a few days once a year and I should spend time with him......... I "might" still make this happen but it might involve an argument :-)
