Looks like I am bringing a chase vehicle on the Power Tour. 2002 F150 Supercrew Lariat 4whl driven by my brother and nephew. I can truck ALL the E85 I want this way and tools for "oh shit, what was the noise" issues.

What does the 69 lack? I still need to get the breathers in check on mine, plus install A/C (redesign all new lines), add a muffler, tidy up some odds and ends and build a 32gal refueling tank to take in the back of the truck.

18 gallons on board tank plus 32 gallons in the truck on tap and if we run out of gas still, the Hot Rod crew fucked us by not picking a route with E85 stations. lol 50 gallons for less than 300 miles. I can play as much as I want and as long as I average over 6mpg we are golden.

The 69 needs the rear fenders rolled, and to be driven mostly. I drove it the other night and had to adjust the ebrake cables, and found I can't run the brights too long or it trips the braker.

And I'm having Paul come out and swap the 4.30's out for some 3.73's. I'd like to get the sterio installed too.

I have a 55 gallon drum we use for fuel at the track. You are welcome to use it for the trip. It doesn't have a pump.

Thanks but this 32gl will sit flat and under the bed cover. Plus I can drill it for a bulkhead fitting and hose for a gravity fed nozzle. It will come in handy in the garage too for fuel storage.

Keith, I'm still planning on taking my ol' truck. I plan on driving up to Tulsa Wed afternoon/evening, and then heading Stillwater early Th morning. I'm not sure if I'll have my BIL with me or not. I kinda think not. I'll try to catch up with you in Stillwater, and I can carry fuel if for some reason ur 32 gals aren't enough.

Before then, I need:
exhaust redone (so I can get the trans out)
Trans reseal
Fix ps leak
Install radio
Change oil
Etc, etc, etc
