It's probably so that someone doesnt get into a wreck and have the other person's ins pay for the repairs and then turn around and file on his ins and keep the money from the other ins company.

I go to Progressive's claim estimate place on Tuesday. Once I have an estimate it'll go to my dad's dealership to get fixed up.
