Not really. I could do white on top of the white, because it would be wet sanded and not shiny. I would be painting glossy white on top of flat white, is what it comes down to, but when he cleared it, it would all then be shiny, so the only way it would show up is if the whites were different shades.

The guy that tried to tell me his buddy "Marco" did the striping was saying that the tank and fender was going to be black, so I'm wondering if whenever he gets the tank and fender back from Uruguay guy he is going to strip them BACK down and shoot them black. While that sounds like it could be possible, I have the tank at my house, and if it is not the same tank, it is IDENTICAL to the one he had. I should also mention that the one he had was not a stock tank, he had done some welding on it, so I'm about 98% confident that this is the same tank.

The second guy who called you is the one you need to get in good with so explain the situation to him and just let MR. Uruguay think whatever he wants. Just make sure that anytime you paint something for Mr. Uruguay in the future that you charge him out the ass.

I think what actually happened was the Uruguay guy showed the owner the tank and he didn't like the goofy design on the sides of the tank and he told him to re-do it, and he tried to lie to me to cover up his fuck up and hope that I would assume it was my fault and that I would re-do it for free.

I am still at a loss as to what the mexican dude is doing? Is it possible that your Uraguay buddy was telling him that someone he knew was doing the striping, not you? I doubt he is trying to pull shit on you. Take him on as what seems to be steady work and fuck the Uraguay.
