I had a friend that's a deputy sheriff read it. He said he'd be laughed out of the DA's office if he brought something like that in there to submit to a judge.

Exactly. Around the town of Winnie that I live in these days, I tend to wear my "dumb fucking redneck" uniform.........not to be confused with my "good ole boy" uniform that I also wear very often.
Dumbfuck redneck is my old ripped cammie pants tucked into my mud boots and my old Pantera shirt.....and I might even throw on a rebel flag hat to seal the deal....lol........i get lots of nods of approval by the dumb fuck rednecks out here

Now, when at the house, I wear my everyday normal uniform=old pair of jeans, a t-shirt, and flip flops.

Now, no matter what unifrom I am wearing around town, the silver earring throws them off. The rednecks wonder if im gay but it doesnt matter because i look like i enjoy nascar, the old timers are confused by the combo of the earring and the cowboy hat but smile when i nod and say howdy.

when going into beamount, i wear nice jeans, nice boots, nice t shirt or button up, etc......this is my every day joe uniform and gets no looks from anybody and helps me blend perfectly.......although the 3 inch wide black leather biker watch and chain wallet and benchmade in my pocket tends to give off the impression that i will stab you............which is the message i always try to convey. I will help you if you need it and i will stab you if you need it.

Wow, you put way more thought into what you wear than I do. I wear blue jeans when it is cold or I'm at work and shorts when it is hot. Polo/golf shirt most weekdays due to work and a t-shirt on the weekends. Unless I'm going to church or something special I always have a ball cap on usually a rangers hat. I'm not sure what category this uniform puts me in. Normal white person with decent job, but not a fancy office job maybe.
