I know you get more bang for your buck that's for sure. Same Highland home in Collin county adds $50k-$100k it seems.

I'm OK with Forney, its only like 10 minutes to Rockwall and I-30. We'll see, I'll probably stay in this area for another year and then see about moving to that area.

I am a Warranty Service Manager for Highland/Horizon. I assess issues people are having with their homes and either explain how to fix it/why it isn't covered by our functional warranty, or if it is covered by our warranty getting service scheduled with our trades.

I am more importantly learning the Highland way of building houses so I can start making a LOT more money

Even if you're not a CHL holder you still have to state you have a firearm in the car.

My understanding is that if you are not a CHL holder and carrying in your car, you do not have to offer up that you are armed.
