Really? You can guarantee everyone who carries will not be as confrontational? Last time I checked no specific training was necessary to carry a firearm. My co-worker, who has never touched a gun, just got his permit online. He can now carry with no further education than the ten questions asked on the "test." Who's to say how he'll behave if he ever arms himself.
