I think it was a mistake for him to say he didn't regret getting out of his truck and pursuing trayvon. I would say it pretty much fucked his life up and obvious the martin's life up. You're not showing weakness with remorse, you're building sympathy. However, that's not the same thing as saying you feel what you did was wrong.

Here's the problem for him. The prosecution's case must be built on him having a depraved mind. The problem falls on the prosecution, they simply have zero evidence to get a 2nd degree murder conviction.
