i agree with that.. i feel that law was written for situations just like this... i wouldnt know a thing about it had i not seen the video about the old firefighter guy shooting the teacher having a party. i agree. THAT trial was juried appropriately. but i do agree with weiner/holder seeking additional federal charges. street justice is not allowed. ask me how i know.

I don't agree with the federal investigation.. At least based on the premise that TM's civil rights were violated. Unless Zimmerman admits to or acknowledges that he killed him just because he was black, there is no way, IMO, to prove that it was racially based. So any effort to do so on the part of the government would be a waste of time, money and resources, that should be spent elsewhere. Just like the criminal trial was a waste.

And proved a 2-4" separation in sweatshirt to undershirt/skin which occurs when gravity pulls them apart while bent over. That is how we know that the shot was fired up into TV while he was bent/kneeling over him.
