Does anyone here own one? Problems?

Right now i'm looking at a Kindle Fire just cause i have store credit and 25$ off coupon right now and it'll come to around 80$ at Staples.
My girl will probably use this more than me.

I've played on the Thrive and IPAD2, i know those are way better, but for 80$ why not? I'll probably sell it later in the year if the new Kindle Fire is a lot better.

Got one for my GF at christmas, she loves it, no issues so far other than battery life and slow recharging.

This. We have one that basically gets used to surf internet about once every 2 weeks, but it works just fine.

bought one for the wife for xmas as well, loves that thing especially since she's in nursing school. All her books are on the damn thing!

Got my wife one for Christmas too. She doesn't use it too much, but it seems to be a quality piece that is very user friendly and has quite a few features. For around $200, it's a good deal.

got one as well for xmas. I dont think the battery life is too bad. Granted I do my reading in bed in the dark with the dim turned way down.
My cons are simple. The touchscreen isnt the most sensative. It drives me nuts at times.
Otherwise, I love it!

I got one when Walmart had them on sale. I like it. I have a prime account so I get the free movies/shows. The selection is decent but its no Netflix. Keeps me occupied during slow times at work

I havent tried flix on this thing. Watch it all the time on my xbox though. How is it? I assume it murders ur bat life.

It can't be too bad, my gf would rather lay in bed and watch netflix on it than lay on the couch and watch netflix on the xbox.
